Senior Systems Engineer
Job Description:
We are working with our valued client to identify a senior Client Modern Workspace L3 Engineer, who will provide Level 3 engineering design, solutioning and support to clients. The Client Modern Workspace L3 Engineer will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve Level 3 incidents received, and partner with other resources as necessary
Responsibilities:
Developing and deploying applications using various software development and automation techniques such as: SCCM, JAMF, Intune and Autopilot to create a fully automated End User lifecycle process.
Creating infrastructure designs and performing solution evaluations balancing requirements, costs, and risk
Maintaining ongoing maintenance, application deployment and patching
Following change management process
Providing technical expertise and acting as a resource for resolving complex technical problems
Auditing existing workflows and identifying improvements
Providing technical governance across the Client Modern Workspace
Managing technical environments: Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Exchange On-Prem and Online, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and any other innovative solutions that are implemented to support the needs of the business
Using problem-solving and people skills to ensure swift resolutions to technical issues
Testing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing computer error messages and failures
Providing customer support to clients via telephone, chat, email support or tickets
Provide a high first call resolution rate
Education Requirements:
Experience working on a helpdesk/service desk handling tickets
Experience troubleshooting Desktop hardware and associated peripherals.
Proficiency in navigating accounts.
Ability to resolve more complex support ticket requests
Effectively manage length of calls, handle time, and after call work
Promote teamwork and contact center success
Expert knowledge of Apple, Windows, Desktop and Mobile Device hardware and software
Expert knowledge of Windows 10, 11, and Microsoft 365
Experience with JAMF, Intune and SCCM
Experience working with Microsoft Teams, it?s use, deployment and configuration of Conference Room hardware
Working knowledge of File Transfer, Wi-Fi, Lan, Wan, and VPN
Strong experience with Exchange Online.
Experience working with SCCM
Experience working with Virtual Desktop Environments
Experience with ServiceNow Ticketing System
Experience with PowerShell Scripting
Strong ability to troubleshoot issues
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multitask well
