Job Description:
Our client, who is accelerating the pace of growth and innovation, and empowering the industry to do more - both for society and for the planet - than ever before is looking for an Employee Experience Associate who has exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a passion for customer service, strong organizational capabilities and is able to work independently while meeting deadlines. This role will be non-exempt and will report to Lead, Onboarding Management
Responsibilities:
Manage the full onboarding process of our contingent workforce
Collecting and reviewing documentation
Maintaining accurate worker records
Scheduling background check and drug screens
Dispatching workers to site
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to streamline and improve the overall worker experience
Test and improve automation functions to streamline onboarding process
Education Requirements:
BA/BS or equivalent work experience
Desired Background/Skills:
2-4 years of experience within skilled trades staffing, workforce onboarding, operations or customer success/support preferred
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and able to complete tasks with accuracy while meeting deadlines
You are results-driven, seeking to fulfill on customer requests 100% of the time
You thrive in task-based roles, and you approach your internal, cross-functional activities with the same rigor as you serve your customers
You are a team player and will prioritize business objectives over personal goals
