Senior Director, M&A Integrations
Job Description:
The Sr. Director, HR Integrations will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing merger and acquisition strategy as it relates to overall People & Culture department initiatives and integration into our company culture for newly acquired employees.
Responsibilities:
Lead the People & Culture organization in M&A transactions by collaborating with cross-functional integration teams, driving key talent and organizational initiatives.
Develop and implement integration strategies tailored to transaction requirements and specific business needs.
Oversee and coordinate projects across various workstreams, partnering with Business Development Executives, Deal Architects, Executive Sponsors, People & Culture, Technology, Finance, Communications, Legal and Operations.
Quickly establish credibility and trust at all levels of the organization, effectively influencing C-suite leaders.
Provide expert guidance on People M&A best practices, ensuring alignment with standard procedures.
Identify and mitigate risks related to People & Culture during integrations, offering solutions that align with broader strategies.
Align integration planning with the overall People & Culture strategy and transformation roadmap.
Collaborate closely with the broader M&A team on change management and communication strategies.
Leverage project management expertise to drive M&A People projects, positively impacting the employee lifecycle and business outcomes.
Secure necessary resources from Corporate and Field HR Teams, Functional Teams, and Business Units to support integration efforts.
Set clear project expectations, communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, and define success criteria to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Education Requirements:
PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

Excellent communication skills with an engaging personality, able to relate to individuals across all professional levels and personalities.
Proven ability to build high-trust business relationships and foster credibility.
Skilled presenter, adept at creating and delivering engaging presentations to both large audiences and C-level executives.
Expert-level knowledge of employment law, including state and federal employment regulations.
Deep understanding of corporate benefits, benefits administration and 401k retirement plans.
Strong servant leadership approach, focused on supporting and empowering teams.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and resourcefully in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to ask insightful questions, escalate concerns appropriately and work autonomously when necessary.
Qualifications:
8 years of working knowledge of human resources processes, trends and best practices.
Prior mergers and acquisitions HR diligence and integrations experience is required.
Experience with Workday HRIS and SmartSheet highly preferred.
Other Information:
Must be comfortable with being fully remote with some travel as needed.
