Position: Cashier

Location: Honolulu, HI

Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Type: Full-time; Contract; 5 days/week, 6 hr shifts, 30 hrs/week

Schedule: Various Shifts Available; Shifts start as early as 5:00am and end as late as 1:00am -- *Early shifts are most needed*

Pay: $15/hr

Employers Options is seeking Cashiers to join a growing and dynamic team to perform basic cashiering duties at a duty free retailer! Note: you MUST be able to obtain an Airport security badge in order to qualify for this position.

Job Description:

• Check out customers, charging them in cash or credit for products and services and issue exchanges and refunds according to policy.
• Greet customers & guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle customer complaints with empathy, defusing tension and finding quick and effective solutions
• Educate users/clients/prospects about products and services providing relevant and accurate information
• Sells company products and services
• Provide excellent customer service, providing assistance to customers & guests on a wide variety of requests and issues

Position Requirements:

• Lift and move objects or people using your body without the aid of machinery
• Maintain a clean, orderly & organized workspace
• Educate users/clients/prospects about products and services providing relevant and accurate information
• Stand for long periods of time without sitting
• Ability to pay $16.50 per month to cover 50% of monthly parking cost
