Client Relations Manager
Job Description:
Greene Resources is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Maintains and updates CRM software daily re: notes, points of contact, phone conversations, etc.
Assist in the development and implementation of the companys sales protocol.
Track upcoming jobs to bid with existing clients.
Close sale and coordinate job specifics with production.
Interface with client and ensures that all of clients concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Continuedly inform and update client as to job progress or lack thereof.
Interface with company Operation Manager to ensure client expectations are met and that jobs are kept on schedule and on budget.
Ensure that vendor invoice pricing is accurate and as bid.
Assist in the development, implementation and achievements of the companys annual budget.
Assist in the development and implementation of the companys new business development plan.
Conduct monthly walk-throughs, identifying and documenting any discrepancies.
Ensure all company quality standards are met.
Maintain updated contracts for all clients in assigned portfolio.
Education Requirements:
High level of confidence and comfort ability with mobile technology and computers.
Must be thoroughly familiar with designing all aspects of landscape construction to include: site analysis, grading, drainage, plant selection and placement, hardscape, water features, lighting, etc.
Plant identification and care; including disease, pruning and insect ID experience.
Customer service experience required.
Able to understand how to create a great experience with the client.
Able to conduct a thorough site analysis.
Proficient in or able to learn customer relationship management software.
Able to analyze drainage and grading requirements.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be self-motivate and goal oriented.
Punctual and detail-oriented.
Problem solver with quick ability for flexibility.
Class C drivers license.
3+ years of safe driving experience.
Monday - Friday (Onsite)
50 hour work week.
Flexible schedule.
