Customer Service Representative


Job Description:

Our client, a national diagnostic testing center, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to serve as a liaison between the clients branches or regional laboratories and its customers in response to inquires and problems. Researches, troubleshoots and resolves customer problems. Performs a wide variety of administrative/clerical duties (i.e., payroll, paternity testing, billing, data entry, and phlebotomy). The main goal of this assignment will be assisting with inbound calls and general billing questions. This will be a fully REMOTE role. Training will also be remote. Monday - Friday 10a-7:30p, $18/hr


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver 100% customer satisfaction both over the phone and over email

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls promptly

  • Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and alternatives

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in an understandable way

  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to problem solve

  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

  • Ability to work completely remote with no supervison


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a customer support role

  • Track record of over-achieving quota

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

  • Ability to work completely remote with no supervison

  • Strong computer skills, ability to navigate between multiple monitors
