Operations Assistant


Job Description:

As the operations assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization by performing a wide range of administrative, logistical, and coordination tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Maintain Operations Annual Calendar of permit and license renewals, scheduled maintenance, etc.

  • Collaborate with Brand & Events Teams on special events, promotions, and advertising needs.

  • Communicate with all levels of management and home office.

  • Coordinate with Facilities Manager on restaurant maintenance, become liaison between facilities and management teams.

  • Providing excellent customer service to our internal and external stakeholders, specifically with our vendors when it comes to scheduling and follow up on maintenance requests, annual inspections, and other vendor related items.

  • Responsible for retail management at all locations, including setting up, ordering, inventory, etc. This does not include uniforms; each location is responsible for this due to payroll deductions.

  • Work with Director of Marketing on procurement and creative for retail items and signage.

  • Coordination on new manager onboarding with Home Office from name tags, swag bag, email, training schedule, access to tools, etc.

  • Initiate, review, and maintain all manager status changes: transfers, vacation, termination, onboarding.

  • Receive and maintain manager schedules and communicate changes with home office timely.

  • Review DMRs (Daily Manager Report) and summary by ORH Brand (Renz) recording and prioritizing discrepancies.

  • Conducting research on current trends and industry developments to give useful recommendations on operational procedures and contributing to innovation in operational processes.


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma or GED.
