Batching Technician

Job Description:

Greene Resources is partnering with the nations largest private bottler and and distributor. We are seeking a Batching Technician to join a growing and dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

• Manufacture syrup that is used in the bottling process from concentrate.

• Calculate number of concentrate flavor units required by converting production case figures to equivalent finished gallons of syrup.

• Build all recipes to accurate specifications.

• Receive concentrate and high fructose corn syrup.

• Maintain concentrate and high fructose corn syrup inventory.

• Conduct associated lab duties.

• Follow all company rules and regulations.

• Performs housekeeping duties.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

Desired Background/Skills:

• Basic math and computer skills.

• Excellent good written and oral communication skills,

• Good organizational skills.

• Possess an analytical thought process and good hand/eye coordination.

• Must be able to follow established procedures without deviation.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a team player.

• Able to document correctly.

• Must be able to successfully complete forklift certification.

Qualifications:

• 5 years batching experience desired (must be able to follow a formula/recipe).

• Prior experience batching in a lab, pharmaceutical environment, etc. desired.

• 1 year production or technical experience preferred.

• Good Manufacturing Practices background preferred.

Other Information:

• 12 hour shift; 2-2-3 schedule.

• 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
