Marketing Enablement Specialist
Job Description:
If you are a marketer who loves data, supporting sales team members and working collaboratively with other talented marketers to deliver on the brand promise, this role could be for you. As a Regional Marketing Enablement Specialist, you will be at the core of marketing operations, driving technology-enabled solutions, actionable data insights, and strategic RFP support for the Southeast region.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Regional Marketing Enablement Manager to manage marketing intake requests, update the Planner board with relevant details and labels, and identify opportunities for standardizing materials in the marketing library.
Execute marketing requests and assist other team members in creating customized collateral such as flyers, presentations, videos, blog posts, white papers, and case studies.
Support internal communication efforts, including drafting the monthly marketing digest and updating the intranet with relevant information.
Manage sales enablement platform by building templates for the sales team and leveraging the digital marketing tech stack (HubSpot, WordPress, Seismic, PowerBI, Canva, AI tools, and RFP platforms).
Lead CRM data cleanup efforts, promote best practices, and track leads, customer surveys, campaign performance, and other metrics using marketing tools.
Oversee tracking and reporting of marketing activities, manage the intake form process, and support RFP responses by formatting documents, maintaining a regional library of best practices, and standardizing responses.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
Desired Background/Skills:
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and MS Copilot, as well as collaboration platforms such as MS Teams, MS Planner, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, MS Dynamics 365) and digital/email marketing platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Seismic), along with social media management on LinkedIn.
Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and video platforms (Vimeo, LinkedIn Video, Canva).
Strong skills in MS Excel (Pivot Tables/Charts), MS PowerPoint (Slide Master, Templates), and reporting tools such as PowerBI and Seismic.
Experience with RFP support and familiarity with analytics and reporting tools for business insights.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, think strategically, and problem-solve while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, high-priority environment.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Must be self-motivated and disciplined.
Strong desire for growth and the ability to solicit and accept constructive feedback.
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of marketing experience.
Experience in insurance, healthcare, hospitality, or finance industries is a plus.
Experience with platforms such as Canva, Excel, PowerPoint, AI tools, and organizational tools such as Microsoft Teams, Planner, Asana, or Microsoft 365.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.
