Job Description:
Dietary Telephone Interviewers must conduct dietary telephone interviews with survey participants for the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES), emphasizing the importance and value of their participation.
Responsibilities:
Follow a scripted questionnaire precisely to collect accurate data, ensuring all responses are entered correctly into the system in real-time.
Engage with participants to address concerns and attempt to convert those who previously declined participation.
Attend all required training sessions to stay informed on survey protocols and maintain high standards of data quality throughout the collection process.
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
Collaborate with other call center professionals to improve customer service
Education Requirements:
No education requirements required.

Call center or customer service environment advantageous
