Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
Greene Resources is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to daily technical issues and support requests from internal teams.
Communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring accurate and timely information is shared.
Actively participate in team meetings and daily standups to discuss ongoing support issues.
Monitor daily processes to ensure the successful receipt and processing of customer data.
Manage case assignments via Service Cloud, providing timely follow-ups and maintaining documentation for case resolution.
Develop and execute basic ad hoc SQL queries to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Provide after-hours and weekend support on a rotating schedule.
Gain a fundamental understanding of company products and services to better assist with support requests.
Education Requirements:
2 to 3 years of prior experience in a technical support position.
Contract position with the potential for permanent hire.
Onsite.
