Senior HR Manager
Job Description:
Develop and implement a Human Resources vision and people strategy for the North America region. Support sustainable business growth and achievement of performance goals by analyzing workforce, labor market trends, compliance and sustainability objectives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions, including employee relations, engagement, compensation and benefits, personnel records, workers compensation, safety, leave programs, training and workforce development.
Lead compliant and effective recruitment processes, onboarding and training.
Assist in job description creation, job advertising, candidate screening and interviewing.
Foster a company culture emphasizing safety, quality, continuous improvement and employee engagement to build high-performance teams.
Recommend and implement personnel policies, HR platforms/tools and career development programs aligned with organizational needs.
Coordinate Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) programs and ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations and internal directives.
Support managers in resolving performance-impacting issues and enhance employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
Define and implement compensation policies and recommend cost-effective benefits programs while ensuring legal compliance.
Support workplace safety activities and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
Act as a proactive change agent to adapt HR practices to evolving business needs.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or Psychology/Human Sciences (MS/MBA preferred) with HR Certification.
