Employee Benefits Analyst
Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for correction of plan level and member enrollment audits/issues to ensure data accuracy in cloud-based benefits administration tools.
Responsibilities:
Complete corrections in response to mismatches identified.
Research and resolve root cause issues from Fulfillment/Quality Assurance Generalist (Tier 1 Staff).
Work with carriers on retroactive, exception, or standard requests related to member-level eligibility.
Make corrections into BenAdmin system to ensure that members are reflecting how they are enrolled with the carrier.
Maintain documentation per workflows, procedures and protocols.
Provide feedback and guidance to business stakeholders based on audit/issue discoveries.
Serve as the single point of contact for resolution lifecycle.
Ensure the protection and security of a consumer?s personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner, according to the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Meet or exceed department goals as defined.
Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Education Requirements:
Current life and health insurance license is preferred.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
Qualifications:
Experience with D365 (or any CRM).
Prior experience in an office environment; must have basic office skills.
Working knowledge of employee benefits or carriers is preferred.
Working knowledge of Ease or Employee Navigator is ideal.
Other Information:
Contract to protentional hire.
Must be able to type 40 wpm.
Remote position.
