Client Services Advisor
Job Description:
The Client Services Advisor (CSA) will support Financial Services Advisors by providing exceptional wealth management services, including retirement planning, investments, asset management, and portfolio analysis. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Greensboro, NC, with a focus on client onboarding, data management, and meeting preparation.
Responsibilities:
Assist with client onboarding by explaining account setup, services, and procedures, while collecting necessary documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Schedule and coordinate client review meetings with advisors and the service team, and prepare materials such as financial plans, performance reports, and investment summaries.
Collaborate with custodians, brokerage firms, and internal teams to process client transactions efficiently and accurately.
Maintain accurate client data in CRM systems, updating profiles as needed, and handle client inquiries through various communication channels with timely and accurate responses.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and contribute to team meetings by offering insights to enhance client service.
Assist with office organization, filing, and other administrative tasks to support overall efficiency.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
Desired Background/Skills:
Familiarity with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, or Raymond James platforms.
Basic understanding of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and relevant regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Continual learner mentality, with a capacity to adopt new systems and processes.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Adaptability to rapidly changing business and technology environments.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
Regular attendance and ability to travel up to 25%.
Qualifications:
0 to 2 years of experience in the wealth management service industry.
Experience with financial technologies such as Orion or Salesforce.
Other Information:
This is a full-time, direct-hire position.
Monday - Friday during normal business hours.
Position is on-site in Greensboro, NC.
