HR Manager
Job Description:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is vital in supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, conduct interviews and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive workplace culture, and addressing conflicts as they arise.
Implement performance appraisal systems, provide guidance on performance improvement plans and facilitate employee development initiatives.
Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Oversee payroll administration and benefits management, ensuring competitive compensation packages.
Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and company goals.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining employee records and reporting as required.
Maintain HR metrics and analytics to assess and improve HR processes.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategy with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Desired Background/Skills:
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in HR roles.
Experience with employee engagement strategies.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Other Information:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
