Operations Associate
Job Description:
Greene Resources is seeking an Operations Associate to join our growing and dynamic Post-Sales team! The primary purpose of the Post Sale group is to ensure that all asset classes and/or securities requiring post sale prospectus or offering material delivery are set-up in our proprietary database as established by regulatory guidelines. Our Post-Sale Team ensures accurate fulfillment of both electronic and print distributions of offering documents for variety of asset classes and security types.
Responsibilities:
Learn, understand, and apply regulatory requirements to daily tasks and responsibilities.
Review and verify regulatory filings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Complete all duties in line with company guidelines, SLAs, and compliance policies.
Obtain electronic versions of relevant materials as needed.
Identify and escalate potential issues for timely resolution.
Collaborate with both internal and external peers, contributing to a team-focused environment.
Adapt to workload fluctuations and adjust output accordingly.
Apply critical thinking to each processing step to ensure accuracy and precision.
Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
Higher education desired.
Desired Background/Skills:
Experienced with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to critically think.
Excellent research and analytical skills.
Detail oriented.
Communication skills both written and verbal.
Teamwork mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours and extended schedules.
Qualifications:
0-1 years of financial services experience.
Other Information:
40 hour work week.
Office environment.
Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Hybrid schedule (2 days).
