Job Description:
Our client, an insurance firm, is seeking a Sr. Client Service Specialist to join their team! This position is responsible for making a positive and professional impression on people who call and/or visit our agency. Account Managers provide comprehensive service to our Personal Lines and Commercial Line clients by obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts. This is an on-site, direct hire opportunity based in Nampa, Idaho.
Responsibilities:
Receive and process incoming inquiries from clients via in-person, phone calls, email or fax.
Review coverage and premiums and process endorsements for existing commercial clients.
Receive and process claims.
Process policy cancellations.
Communicate underwriting requirements for continued insurance with clients.
Able to work independently and problem solve with minimal supervision.
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma required.
Desired Background/Skills:
Excellent time management, organizational and verbal and written communication skills.
High degree of self-motivation and self-direction.
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience in insurance, commercial lines experience preferred.
1-3 years experience in customer service.
Appropriate State license(s) preferred but not required to start.
Bilingual in both English and Spanish is preferred.
