Job Description:
Sitting at the intersection of media, marketing, and technology, our client is a digital advertising agency in Raleigh, and they are looking for an Operations Manager to join their team. The Operations Manager will be on the ground floor of building a team and processes to superserve our digital clients and achieve ambitious business growth. This is a on-site position in Raleigh, NC.
Responsibilities:
Managing and mentoring a team of campaign managers; overseeing day to day execution of advertising campaigns and deliver satisfying client experiences
Building and refining process to improve campaign fulfillment and minimize rate of errors, creating a more efficient and effective digital advertising business
Creating a playbook for onboarding new campaign managers
Reviewing and approving partner invoices on a monthly basis
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferred

Skilled at training and teaching
Qualifications:
4+ years of client service or operations experience in a digital agency, media company or consultancy.
Experience leading a team.
Experience managing complex fulfillment processes and operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel/spreadsheets and comfortable learning new software as needed, including project management system (ClickUp).
