Job Description:
Our client, a local software analytics company, is looking for a new HR specialist! This position will be responsible for supporting the companys Global HR Third Party Staffing program. The successful candidate is driven, detail-oriented, conscientious, and a self-starter. The individual who fills this role will serve as the central liaison for all external and internal stakeholders and adhere to standards for onboarding, ongoing systems management, and offboarding our global non-employee workforce. Duties include ensuring compliance using various systems and tools. This person will also support reporting and auditing activities in alignment with company policies. This is a 6 month contract with potential to convert or extend based on performance and company needs.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding, extensions, and offboarding activities and is responsible for accurate and timely processing, as well as effective communication and providing guidance to hiring managers
Ensure appropriate categorization of resources and secure necessary approvals
Build relationships with key customer groups by fulfilling external staff augmentation needs and satisfying requests in accordance with established service levels
Communicate engagement processes and policies related to external workforce engagements to internal business clients and suppliers
Liaise with cross functional teams as required to resolve business and vendor issues and questions
Drive the development and rollout of standard operating procedures and scale to global
Pull and organize reports on screening compliance on a regular basis, diving deep into data to identify and resolve defects
Education Requirements:
BA/BS in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
Desired Background/Skills:
Contingent workforce, compliance, vendor screening programs, or risk management experience
Customer obsessed with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
Problem solving skills; ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action with sustainable solution
Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of humor
Ability to resiliently deal with ambiguity and busy volume of requests
Qualifications:

4+ years of work experience in a compliance or project/program management related role within a corporate environment including experience adapting to various systems and tools
Experience supporting global cross-functional projects and managing company-wide compliance programs
