Job Description:
The Recruitment Coordinator position is a supporting role to assist in all HR functions as our client grows their organization. This role will assist in the full lifecycle recruiting efforts, onboarding coordination, and general administrative support for the organization. The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience. knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, and administrative experience. This position will report to the Human Resources Generalist. The person must enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment that is fast-paced, mission-driven, and results-oriented. Responsibilities:
Provides support for full lifecycle of recruiting process
Update and post approved positions on ATS and social media platforms.
Screen and move candidates through recruiting pipeline.
Passive sourcing of candidates.
Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with departmental hiring teams.
Prepare candidate folders for hiring team.
Assist in candidate communication as needed.
Provides support in onboarding new staff
Process and monitor all background checks.
Help facilitate new hire process in HRIS.
Provide coordination for the onboarding process, including candidate, vendor, and departmental communication for account access and internal file maintenance.
Support the delivery of the Onboarding Agenda, assist with I-9 paperwork, facilitate technology questions, and other tasks as needed.
Assist with benefits questions and enrollment
Provide general admin support for organization as schedule permits.
Provide research support for special projects as assigned.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Desired Background/Skills:

Knowledge of HR federal and state laws and regulations
Qualifications:
Proven 1+ year experience working in a Recruiting and HR capacity.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
Excellent command of the English language, including spelling, grammar and punctuation.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management and organization skills.
Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices and
procedures.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite; prior experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new technology quickly.
Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
Proven ability to use outstanding interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and negotiate challenging situations in a professional way.
Proficiency in Breezy HR and Gusto is a plus.
