Director of Marketing
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to join our emerging leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful consumer marketing strategies. This role will be crucial in driving our brand conversions, increasing customer engagement and enhancing our overall market positioning.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative brand strategies to enhance visibility, loyalty, and sales across ORH restaurants and the Home Office.
Execute cross-channel marketing initiatives, including paid, earned, shared, and owned media, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
Collaborate with the EVP on brand development for new concepts, corporate identity, and communications, ensuring successful strategy implementation.
Oversee the Brand Activation event budget and manage relationships with outsourced creative services.
Develop and execute campaigns and promotions based on input from Executive Council, General Managers and Brand Council.
Facilitate high-level meetings with stakeholders to gather input and ideas, maintaining open communication with the Operations team.
Conduct marketing and sales analytics, including Post-Game Analyses and PMIX reporting and consistently share reports.
Manage and lead the Brand/Marketing team, fostering a connected, accountable and creative environment.
Develop and enforce new SOPs for brand work, ensuring transparency and timely deliverables.
Create and manage a consistent work schedule for the Brand team, including hybrid/WFH days, with accountability for punctuality and deadlines.
Education Requirements:
Great time-management skills.
Must be self-motivated.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO and social media platforms.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Customer service-oriented.
5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality.
Digital design background is a huge plus (graphic design, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, content creation, etc.)
Proven experience in managing marketing budgets and maximizing ROI.
Hospitality experience is ideal but not required.
Hybrid schedule (1 day work from home).
