Training Lead


Job Description:

The Training Lead will develop technical training programs and help our clients become experts on our solution. We?re looking for a capable, motivated, and skilled training specialist who will enhance the competencies of our customers by organizing training programs that will boost their performance on our solution. Applicants must be comfortable in an upbeat, evolving environment. The Training Lead should be able to work across many departments to get customers up to speed. This resource should be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise, possess solid technical aptitude, and have experience with financial institutions. It is also required to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. Success of the role is measured by the quality of the training materials and training delivery.


Responsibilities:


  • Create technical training programs according to solution components

  • Prepare classroom agenda and training materials, such as presentations and mock scenarios

  • Develop course content based on solution functionality

  • Coordinate training schedules with customers

  • Perform training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. for groups

  • Perform and conduct on-site training when needed

  • Monitor and analyze results of training programs

  • Evaluate overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements


Education Requirements:


  • BS degree in Education, Training, HR or other related area

  • Additional certification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) will be a bonus


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Experience working in, or has performed training for, a financial institution, is strongly desired


Qualifications:


  • Significant experience in designing technical course content

  • Excellent knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects

  • Good experience of addressing training needs with complete courses

  • Good practical experience with MS Office, particularly with Powerpoint

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to travel to customer locations

  • Required to adhere to organizational policies, procedures, standards, and controls as well as comply with all federal and state laws and regulations
