As we continue to grow, we have identified a need to add a Technology Recruiter to our team. In this role, you will recruit and present qualified Information Technology talent against open requisitions as well as market that talent proactively to potential hiring managers. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity that offers competitive benefits and PTO.


  • Meeting weekly recruiting goals; calls, emails, submittals, interviews, hires, etc. to identify top technical talent.

  • Maintaining a pipeline of talent as assigned by Director of Recruiting, Technology Solutions.

  • Ensuring client expectations are met with quality of candidate submissions, fill ratios, and response time.

  • Effectively negotiating pay rate and/or salary terms as well as contract terms with candidates.

  • Executing recruiting strategies to identify top technical talent.

  • Developing excellent working relationships with client managers to ensure fulfillment of open requisitions.

  • Ensuring excellent customer service is achieved for client managers, applicants, employees and team members.

  • Attending relevant networking events that could be before or after typical work hours.

  • Maintaining ongoing relationship with active and past contractors.

  • Building a referral pipeline of candidates to leverage against open requisitions.

  • Sourcing talent from a variety of online databases; erecruit, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Craigslist, Indeed, and more.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Demonstrated experience meeting goals and sales quota.

    • Skilled at establishing strong relationships with customers (employee and client).

    • Proven experience filling high demand technology positions.

    • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively.

    • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written correspondence, including business. interactions and email communication.

    • Strong internet search capabilities and knowledge of relevant recruiting databases.

    • 2+ years of experience in a technology recruiting position, preferably with a recruiting agency.
