Technical Recruiter

Job Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for supporting full-cycle recruitment processes for Technology, IT and Engineering positions while developing strong relationships with hiring managers and maintaining consistent communication. This is a contract position with potential for hire and will start remotely.


  • Developing sourcing strategies

  • Ownership of vacancies from requisition creation to fill

  • Coordinating necessary postings/advertisements

  • Managing relationships and maintaining communication with hiring managers

  • Facilitating candidate communication and negotiation

  • Recruiting or recruiting-related projects may be assigned on an as-needed basis

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field (equivalent experience may substitute for degree completion)

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a recruiter, including high volume recruiting experience

    • Previous experience with web-based resume systems is required

    • Work independently with limited supervision

    • High Volume Corporate recruiting and Full Account Management Experience

    • Previous experience in a high technology environment is preferred
