Job Description:

Our client is hiring a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing People Team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for developing and executing full-cycle recruiting initiatives in order to find and attract world-class talent. Our ideal candidate has proven success recruiting top talent, is a motivated self-starter who is goal-oriented and results-driven, has a high level of integrity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Partner with hiring managers globally to understand hiring needs and drive talent attraction

  • Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, for both technical and professional roles, including sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, and communicate regularly with appropriate stakeholders

  • Conduct in-depth interviews alongside various hiring managers within the company

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with People Team members, staffing vendors, and other sources to help identify and source qualified talent

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of key talent available for current and future hires

  • Represent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees, and consistently provide a high level of customer service

  • Develop, implement, and oversee the use of recruitment initiatives; drive the employee referral program

  • Use ATS to manage candidates, collect recruitment data, and generate reports

  • Use various techniques to proactively source talent

  • Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, etc.

  • Post jobs in applicant tracking system (ATS) and our careers page & on external job boards

  • Other projects and responsibilities related to Talent Acquisition


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, particularly in technical or specialized roles

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

    • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices

    • Proficiency in ATS systems

    • Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations

    • Ability to work effectively and deal with ambiguity

    • Open to change and new information; adapts behavior or work methods in response to new information, changing conditions, or unexpected obstacles

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to work with highly confidential information

    • High level of initiative, effort, and commitment towards achieving results

    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
