Job Description:

Greene Resources is seeking a motivated MSP Search Consultant to add to our team! The Search Consultant will be involved in full life cycle recruiting initiatives within the MSP Recruiting division to ensure high volume recruitment goals are met. To be successful in this role the individual must be willing to contribute with all recruiting processes including candidate sourcing, phone screening, candidate interviews, coordinating client interviews, partnering with hiring managers and clients, as well as assisting other recruiting divisions when applicable.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform full cycle recruiting duties to include identifying candidates through various screening methods, interviewing, and coordinating candidate interviews

  • Onboard candidates in accordance with company guidelines and compliance procedures

  • Execute company policies, standard operating procedures, and recruiting plans to meet critical client deadlines and recruiting needs

  • Provide candidate feedback and coaching throughout the interview process

  • Manage employees throughout the onboarding process and maintain daily communication with account managers

  • Adjust to shifting priorities while working in a fast-paced environment

  • Participate in meetings with client managers by phone and in person

  • Desire to research and learn current and new sourcing and recruiting practices and trends

  • Utilize strong computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Position will be supporting our MSP division

  • Light industrial, scientific, call-center and manufacturing roles for MSP Programs


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • 1+ year of experience or exposure to recruiting and/or sales projects is preferred

    • Dedication to meeting goals and ability to work over-time hours to contribute to recruiting efforts

    • Excellent relationship-building skills with proven ability to communicate with individuals within entry to executive level positions

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

    • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively

    • Ability to establish priorities and multitask

    • Strong organizational skills

    • Ability to work independently, as well as contributing as an effective team member
