Recruiting Coordinator
Job Description:
Our global CRO client is seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! This individual will support a geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition Team with various administrative HR functions, including interview coordination, on-boarding processes and compliance support. This is a full time, 3-month contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire! This role is working fully remotely for the foreseeable future.
Responsibilities:
Schedule phone, on site, and web-based interviews
Performs background checks and follows up on discrepancies
Field questions related to the sourcing and recruiting process when appropriate
Organize and maintain confidential electronic files and documents
Assist with online job postings and marketing or advertising initiatives on various websites and social media platforms
Drafts confidentiality agreements and contractor agreements. Works with the legal department and talent acquisition team members to finalize these documents.
Creates, runs, validates, and distributes weekly reports as needed
Plans and supports corporate meetings
Consistently meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Assist with other Talent Acquisition initiatives or special projects
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Desired Background/Skills:
Qualifications:
Experience in the field or in a related area. Experience in a Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology company is preferred
Some familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within recruiting is preferred
Experience working in a multinational organization is preferred
Effective Communicator; Articulates in a professional manner, listens to customer needs, and resolves issues in a proactive, friendly and timely manner.
High level of integrity and work ethic
Demonstrates the ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality in all matters as they relate to HR and aligns behavior with corporate culture
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English.
Ability to recognize areas that need improvement and take the initiative to seek methods to achieve those improvements.
Software and Internet Proficiency and ability to pick up new technologies quickly .i.e. HRIS; Proficiency with windows applications, excel, power point Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook.
Team Skills and Strong Interpersonal Skills.
