Recruiting Administrator
Job Description:
Greene Resources is hiring a Recruiting Administrator (RA) who will be responsible for ensuring that the client is guaranteed the best quality candidates, at the best rate, and to maintain the integrity of the program. This position will work directly with assigned HR managers to discuss recruiting needs, manage open requisitions, obtain candidate and employee feedback, and address any concerns in a timely manner. The RA will work directly with the vendor to ensure that the quality of candidates being submitted meets the job requirements of the opening. Additionally, if the candidate(s) being submitted are not consistently reflective of the necessary skill sets and experience, this person will work with the vendor(s) to ensure this quality improves or recommend this vendor for review by the division director.
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with HR managers within assigned divisions to forecast recruiting needs and discuss position openings
Address urgent requests provided by client contacts (HR managers, VP?s, divisional directors, etc?) in a timely manner
On call availability for emergency needs from the client
Manage recruiting process from requisition to fulfillment of position
Open requisitions in eRecruit and communicate to appropriate vendors
Review submittals and process candidates per division?s requests
Obtain offer and start information to communicate to vendors
Ensure all compliance requirements are met for candidates that are offered positions
Maintain accuracy of candidate status in eRecruit VMS system
Work with HR Managers to obtain performance feedback and facilitate corrective action and/or terminations
Communicate deactivation/termination/new hire information to client?s payroll/hr/security departments upon notification or confirmation of such details
Confirm eligibility of current or past contingent workers to vendors.
Run reports and collect data for metrics reporting on vendor performance
Ensure compliance for each new hire by confirming all new hire processing and paperwork has been completed and filed.
This position is not limited to the above and is subject to other duties and tasks assigned by the Director of Managed Services.
Education Requirements:
College degree and at least 1-2 years of recruiting and/or vendor on premise experience
