Job Description:

Due to experiencing rapid growth, we are seeking a professional and driven individual to join our Wilmington team at Greene Resources as a Recruiter! The Recruiter's role is to support our client's hiring needs by sourcing and phone screening top talent for the leadership of their organization. Successful Recruiter candidates will have the ability and motivation to support high volume recruiting efforts for a manufacturing environment. The Recruiter position is a contract-to-hire, full-time role in our Wilmington office.


  • Identify candidates by reviewing resumes from various sources for manufacturing environment

  • Contact candidates by phone and conduct a detailed interview

  • Utilize good judgment to determine if candidate and position are a good match

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills while speaking with candidates during interviews and fellow team members

  • Meet consistent daily recruiting goals and metrics

  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to stay motivated and motivate recruiting team members

  • Maintain accurate documentation within company software

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Prior experience in recruiting required

  • Strong computer skills; ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications and learn new software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to maintain effective documentation


  • Ability to work independently or as an effective team member

  • Capable of handling repetitive duties

  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude

  • Desire to set and meet goals; self-motivated
