Job Description:

The Marketing Operations Project Coordinator will provide support to the Project Manager with initiating, designing, planning, controlling, executing, monitoring, and closing of projects and marketing campaigns. The role will assist with performing After Action review of projects to identify and assess opportunities for improvement with future projects. The PC will also serve as a liaison between the Project Manager and the Marketing team to help control and monitor tasks and activities, determine whether any issue falling outside the scope of the project needs to be escalated to the Project Manager or above. They will partner with the PM on consistent communication plans regarding process enhancements and improvements as well as with Change Management initiatives and strategic planning.


  • Organize and steer project kick off meetings and provide status updates consistently

  • Focuses on important information without getting bogged down in unnecessary details

  • Comes up with a variety of approaches to problem solving

  • Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches during project lifecycle in order come up with solutions

  • Plan and manage production team tasks, project schedules and new information

  • Work cross functionally with multiple departments to keep workflow on track and on budget, as required

  • Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project intake, emails, meeting minutes, etc.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

  • Confirm and validate budget and other necessary resources needed to initiate the project, as requires

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or Associates Degree

Desired Background/Skills:

  • Detail oriented with exceptional time management skills

  • PMP-Project Management Professional Certification

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, comfortable with meeting strict deadlines

  • Ability to build effective working relationships across the organization

  • Communication skills: written, verbal and presentation

  • Capable of assigning tasks and preparing reports

  • Strong time management skills and able to handle multiple tasks

  • Can work independently with minimal supervision


  • 4 to 6 Years project coordinator and management experience

  • Written and verbal communication Skills

  • Working knowledge of Project Management principles

  • Software: Work Front, QUIP, JIRA, Microsoft Office Suite including TEAMS
