Part time Assistant Administrator


Job Description:

Our client, a retirement plan administrator and consultant, is looking for an Assistant Administrator to join their team! This is a part-time remote/work-from-home opportunity starting out with 10 - 15 hours per week with opportunity to develop into a more full time role as the company grows. $15/hr pay.


Responsibilities:


  • Review client census data for missing or incomplete information

  • Enter participant data into administration software or investment platform

  • Update workflow spreadsheets on an ongoing basis

  • Print and mail plan document binders for new clients

  • Prepare correspondence regarding notices and annual reports

  • Update participant vesting with various investment firms

  • Update/maintain database and client list

  • Reconcile plan assets

  • Answer and direct phone calls as appropriate and take messages

  • Prepare and review forms for completeness and accuracy


Education Requirements:


  • College degree preferred in Accounting, Finance or Business.


Desired Background/Skills:



    Qualifications:


    • Experience in administrative/support roles

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with Word and Excel at Medium level

    • Access or other database experience a bonus.

    • Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities

    • Must be detail-oriented, very organized, and have good time management skills

    • Ability to handle information confidentially
