Job Description:

Greene Resources is seeking a skilled On-Site Manager to join their growing team! The On-Site Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with client managers as well as effectively managing employees on specific projects. The On-Site Manager will act as a consultant to the client providing operational and human resources related advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with client managers to ensure fulfillment of work orders, forecasting future needs, assess and develop high level recruiting and retention strategies and present solutions to resolve client issues

  • Manage the On-site HR Coordinator team to ensure payroll and employee support is executed effectively

  • Ensure client expectations are met with quality of candidates, hours requested, and response time to concerns, questions and ad-hoc inquiries

  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues by collaborating with HR Directions on disciplinary infractions and process terminations when necessary; Effectively document all conversations, investigations and actions taken in erecruit

  • Proactively identify retention and/or turnover trends, brainstorm / strategize solutions and drive to implementation

  • Reduce turnover and absenteeism through effective mentoring and coaching of employees; ensuring immediate follow-up on all attendance compliance issues and periodic review of policies and procedures for consistency of application

  • Administer evaluations and performance reviews as applicable

  • Liaison with HR Directions and Client regarding work related injuries, co-employment and risk issues

  • Prepare and compile account and internal reporting and presentations as needed; Act as back up for payroll processing in absence of HR Coordinator

  • Comply with company policies and procedures for Greene Resources and Client

  • Work on various projects as assigned by the Executive Team and/or company and client


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

    Qualifications:


    • Operations and/or account management and Human Resources experience, PHR preferred

    • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively

    • Successfully establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision

    • Skilled in establishing strong relationships with customers (employee and client)

    • Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written correspondence, including business interactions and Internet (email) communication

    • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

    • Knowledge of various computer software packages, including strong MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
