Job Description:

Greene Resources is seeking a skilled On-Site Manager to add to our team in Roanoke, VA. The On-Site Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with client managers as well effectively managing the employee relations for the on-site team. This position will work directly with assigned Call Center managers to discuss recruiting needs, manage open requisitions, obtain candidate and employee feedback, and address any concerns in a timely manner. The On-Site Manager will develop and maintain good working relationships with our client partners and all contract and internal employees and team members. Part of maintaining these relationships will involve having excellent communication skills and being able to work as a team player. The On-Site Manager will report directly to the On-site Performance Manager.


  • Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.

  • Provides human resources services, including employee relations and retention, employment processing, training and development, records management, safety and health, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.

  • Improves employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling employees.

  • Work with HR Managers to obtain performance feedback and facilitate corrective action and/or terminations

  • Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.

  • Documents employee performance and performance management in internal systems with accuracy.

  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

  • Protects company and client confidentiality.

  • Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation

  • Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred but not required.

Desired Background/Skills:


    • A minimum of 1-2 years of Human Resources and/or Employee Relations experience preferred

    • Interpersonal Communication Skills

    • MS Office proficient (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

    • Conflict Resolution Ability

    • Professional communication skills, verbal and written
