Marketing Director

Job Description:

Our client in the commercial real estate industry is hiring a Marketing Director for their team! This position is responsible for planning, developing, directing, implementing and executing all marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities. Conducts and oversees development of support materials, processes review, and technology implementation.


  • Marketing Strategy and Budget

  • Design and facilitate short/long term marketing plan

  • Produce annual marketing budget

  • Deliver marketing and communication strategies for the company, internally and externally

  • Facilitate and implementation of Brand strategy

  • Manage marketing department and create individual development action plans

  • Negotiate media contracts, print and other support vendor contracts, and website developers

  • Oversee and develop marketing materials

  • Collaborate and manage prospective business relationships

  • Community and trade involvement

  • Evaluate and report on industry trends

  • Maintain company CRM

  • Refine and maintain client and prospect database

  • Ensure all branding standards are consistent and compliant

Education Requirements:

  • BS/BA Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Minimum 5 years marketing experience and/or team management

    • Highly organized, metric and detail driven, and excellent time management skills

    • Strong oral and written communication skills

    • Experience with media, internet/ web advertising and keywords, vlogs

    • A hunger to learn, willingness to teach
