Landscaping Sales Executive


Job Description:

Our client, a landkeeping company in Raleigh, is seeking an ambitious and energetic Sales Executive to help expand its clientele. The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity that offers a competitive base pay plus commission.


Responsibilities:


  • Make effective presentations and present all proposals/documents to client

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers


Education Requirements:


  • Proven ability in developing new sales leads

  • Must have at least two years sales experience including, but not limited to, cold-calling and relationship selling

  • Demonstrated skill and ability, with at least two years experience, in estimating contract maintenance work

  • Superb professional communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Must be highly motivated with excellent time management skills

  • Associate's degree required and a bachelors degree preferred: relevant experience will be considered

  • Drivers License is Required
