Key Account Manager, Packaging

Job Description:

Our client is a company dedicated to the development, production and commercialization of adhesives for industrial applications in various sectors. They are seeking a skilled Key Account Manager to add to their growing team and support the Midwest and East Regions! This individual will work on supporting and creating strong relationships with new and existing customers. The Key Account Manager will also work with the VP of Sales in US and Canada to ensure excellent customer service and business development. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity that offers competitive benefits and bonus structure.


  • Develop new sales in the area of packaging

  • Increase sales volume and profitability

  • Give fast support to customer's requests

  • Visit the customers according to scheduled plan

  • Suggest new product development taking in consideration the customer's needs

  • Some travel required within the US and Canada

  • Other duties as needed

Education Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Management, or Marketing

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Experience in the packaging world (Adhesives; OEM or Packaging Industries) is required

    • Experience in developing and following marketing and sales strategies

    • Result and customer focused

    • Rigorous and disciplined

    • Strong Interpersonal/ Communications Skills

    • Availability to travel (all US and Canada)
