Job Description:

Greene Resources is excited to offer an internship that would support our Recruiting Solutions division. This role would provide the opportunity to learn more about Human Resources and Recruiting functions in an agency setting. You would be working with a growing team of dedicated HR professionals and have an opportunity to explore a variety of HR and Recruiting functions in a fast-paced environment. This role would be part time with about 10-15 hours flexible between Monday-Friday 8 am -5 pm.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist employees with timesheet completion and reach out to managers to ensure timesheets are approved by deadlines

  • Support I-9 compliance by following up/answering employee questions, monitoring I-9 correction forms and setting up remote certifiers

  • Follow up with applicants regarding compliance paperwork and background check items

  • Utilize excel and reporting software to track completion of paperwork, background checks and drug screens

  • Provide recruiting support by scheduling and confirming candidate interviews

  • Assist with reviewing job postings and ensuring they are accurately posted to appropriate channels

  • Reviewing or screening resumes as needed


Education Requirements:


  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources
