Funds Services Associate


Job Description:

The Regulatory Services Team is responsible for coordinating Investment Fund companies' communications for distribution to our Broker client base. As a member of this team, you will look for innovative ways to organize and fulfill material, develop a strong working relationship with fund companies and proactively minimize operational risk. Along with your team, you will be a direct representative to a group of Investment Fund companies and be asked to promote our services.


Responsibilities:


  • Accountable for ensuring timely and accurate completion of the department?s tasks

  • Accountable for the department's SLA performance

  • Accountable for ensuring all procedures and processes meet regulatory requirements

  • Understand and apply Financial Services regulatory requirements to daily work and responsibilities

  • Maintain strong working relationships with Investment Companies

  • Complete all tasks and duties within the company's set guidelines and regulatory policies

  • Identify and escalate potential issues

  • Promote a collaborate work environment

  • Ability to work and adjust output according to fluctuations of workload


Education Requirements:

    • Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
