Job Description:

Our client, based in Raleigh, is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to add to their team! The nations leading not-for-profit organization devoted to the study, breeding, and welfare of purebred dogs seek a Fulfilment Coordinator to provide product order fulfillment duties for the operations department. The Fulfillment Coordinator will maintain inventory, re-kit products, track inventory, and perform product inspections before shipment. This is a 1st shift, 6-month contract opportunity starting at $15.00/hr.


Responsibilities:


  • Fulfill product orders submitted by staff and website users

  • Keep a detailed inventory of microchips, microchip scanners, ancillary items for orders, and shipping supplies

  • Work with Operations Administrator to procure product, ancillary items, and shipping supplies within set levels to keep shelves stocked for optimum use of space and efficient order fulfillment

  • Kit and Re-kit product into company branded packaging

  • Track/test/clean returned microchip scanners in preparation for shipping to manufacturer for repair

  • Check-in cartons of microchips received from the manufacturer and provided serial numbers to Reunite IT for entry into product inventory database

  • Report exceptions/damage of product received from the manufacturer

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Warehouse experience is preferred


Qualifications:


  • Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and possess solid organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients

  • Must have proficient computer skills
