Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description:
Our client's HR Department is in need of a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team! This is a full time, M-F 8am-5pm, 2 month contract position based in Wilmington, NC.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming telephone calls, transfer to appropriate parties or take messages correctly.
Greet visitors in person, inform staff of their arrival, direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Operate multi-line phone system, computer, copy machine, fax machine, etc
Open and sort mail and deliveries, prepare outgoing mail.
Prepare memos, correspondence, presentations and enter data / posting payments into the system.
Assist in booking meeting spaces/conference rooms
Running background checks
Submitting I-9's
Education Requirements:
HS diploma or higher required
Desired Background/Skills:
Human Resources experience preferred but not required
Qualifications:
Proficient with MS Office Programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize, and multi-task
Great customer service skills
Other Information:
