Data/Reporting Analyst


Job Description:

Our client is looking for an individual who is excited to apply their analytical skills to deliver insights and help us make smarter decisions. Your primary focus with be to perform a broad range of business analytics tasks, including gathering data from various source systems, interpreting results using various techniques, and integrating into an analytics deliverable (e.g. reporting, analysis findings). You will help address complex business problems by working with a variety of stakeholders to provide insights derived from data that support the decision-making process.


Responsibilities:


  • ADO and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents solutions) skills and experience

  • Work with the change team to identify important questions and answer them with data.

  • Prioritize between multiple planned analytics projects and ad-hoc data requests from internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct data collection over variety of sources with varying complexities.

  • Perform detailed data analysis, including defining KPIs, determining data structure, data quality, and examining source systems.

  • Build dashboards and/or reports and empower the change team and business to answer key questions.


Education Requirements:


  • High School Diploma

  • Degree in Related field


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Experience in Microsoft Excel

  • Experienced in the Azure DevOps platform


Qualifications:


  • Highly skilled in in tools and technology platforms.

  • Strong ADO, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents solutions), and SharePoint skills and experience.

  • Be able to provide innovative technology ideas to support change management activities, leadership insights needs, and increase field adoption of change.

  • Build dashboards and/or reports and empower the business to answer key questions across various functions

  • Engage with stakeholders to present analytics efforts and results in clear manner, understandable by broad

  • Work with the Change Management Team to identify important questions and answer them with data.
