Data Coordinator
Job Description:
Our client, a leader in financial communications, is seeking a Data Coordinator to join their Discovery Team. In this role, you will work within that unit setting up meeting notifications, meeting agendas, ordering materials, and completing the billing information as it pertains to each event. This team's purpose is to ensure all information is accurate prior to be released for distribution to clients. These actions are all performed within established procedural and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Learn, recognize, and apply global regulatory requirements to daily work and responsibilities
Create or verify global events, set up agendas, billing information and review materials accurately
Complete all tasks and duties within the company's set guidelines and regulatory policies
Identify and escalate potential issues
Interact with peers, both internal and external, and function as part of a team
Ability to work and adjust output according to seasonal fluctuations of workload
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Desired Background/Skills:
Keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
1-2 years of professional experience
Microsoft Office Suite
