Customer Voice Associate


Job Description:

We are seeking several Customer Voice Associates to join our client's team in Morrisville! The Customer Experience Team is responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries. Topics include: helping customers locate their order, navigate our website and tools, helping an author get paid and ensuring our authors print the book they wish to create. This is a seasonal contract role that will end at the end of December. All applicants will be required to work onsite in Morrisville.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide email support to customers, while adhering to the established practices surrounding ticket handling and workflow

  • Build rapport within the organization to leverage various individuals and departments as resources for ticket resolution

  • Provide detailed notes to peers and/or manager when escalation of a customer ticket or call is necessary

  • Identify and report bugs to Quality Assurance team as necessary

  • Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives


Education Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills to properly diagnose customer problems and investigate further if necessary.

  • Patient, respectful, and kind demeanor.

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.

  • Ability to plan ahead and stay on track while juggling multiple projects.

  • Self-motivated, attentive to detail


Qualifications:


  • 1-2 years of customer service experience

  • Strong email, phone, and computer capabilities to process emails, chats and phone calls daily.

  • Superior verbal and written communications

  • Advanced computer skills; Windows or Mac, Chrome, Firefox, Safari, MS Word
