Customer Voice Associate


Job Description:

Our client, a leading online print-on-demand, self-publishing, and distribution company located in Morrisville, NC, is currently seeking a temporary Customer Voice Associate to join their team. The Customer Voice Associate is responsible for responding to customer queries. These positions will work on a contract basis beginning in October 15th, and extending to January 15th. The ideal candidate will be available to work 8:30am - 5:00pm, with the option of remote work.


Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate customer obsession by providing excellent customer service

  • Resolve customers' technical issues with kindness and empathy

  • Deliver ad-hoc training to meet customers' needs

  • Ascertain customers' requirements & processes to ensure they are getting the most out of our end to end SaaS product

  • Completing essential follow-up case work after each customer interaction

  • Provide email, phone and live chat support to customers, while adhering to the established practices surrounding ticket handling and workflow to the English speaking markets

  • Expecting 80 calls per week, 60-80 tickets per week that they?re closing out

  • Identify and report bugs to QA team as necessary

  • Collaboration to ensure team synergy (No heroes need apply)

  • Strong work ethic and the power to overcome challenges with positivity


Education Requirements:


  • At least 2-3 years of customer support experience with an understanding of software and technology


Desired Background/Skills:


  • An ability to quickly learn new things

  • Ability to multi-task and handle multiple customer situations simultaneously

  • A passion for best-practices from a usability perspective


Qualifications:


  • Experience working for a SaaS company within the customer support space

  • Customer focused delivery and excellent communication skills

  • Experience communicating directly to customers in a client services environment

  • Experience with at least one, modern CRM

  • Experience and familiarity with Excel

  • Familiarity with: MS Office Suite, specifically MS Word

  • Advanced computer skills; Windows or Mac
