Job Description:

Our client, a family-owned, distinguished automotive group in Wilmington, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The Customer Service Representative supports clients by calling to remind them of upcoming service appointments. The Customer Service Representative is someone who is friendly and engaging as well as organized and thorough. This is a full-time role offering $12 per hour plus great benefits!


Responsibilities:


  • Place phone calls to customers to remind them of appointments

  • Make any necessary changes to the schedule and customer accounts

  • Keep detailed notes of customer interactions

  • Complete general clerical tasks as required


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma required

  • Associate degree preferred


Desired Background/Skills:


  • One to two years of customer service or hospitality experience

  • Basic computer skills to include Excel

  • Verbal communication skills


Qualifications:


  • Friendly and professional demeanor

  • Ability to sit for extended hours

  • Attention to detail


Other Information:


  • All Customer Service Representative candidates must pass a pre-employment background and drug screening
