Client Development Manager

Job Description:

The Client Development Manager sets the direction for the client development division to include; hiring, training, and leading Client Development Specialists. To be successful in this role the individual must be strategic in managing the sales funnel and supporting the team as they identify companies that could benefit from Greene Resources' recruiting services.


  • Hire and train Client Development Specialists responsible for calling on new businesses that could use recruiting support

  • Manage and support Client Development Specialists in sales funnel management

  • Forecast and track key activity metrics while motivating the team

  • Collaborate with recruiting division Directors and Account Managers as new opportunities are identified

  • Identify and manage the relationship with a select number of accounts

  • Execute company policies, standard operating procedures, and recruiting plans to meet critical client deadlines and recruiting needs

Education Requirements:

    Desired Background/Skills:


      • Proven Account/Recruiting Management experience with a track record of success identifying new business

      • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to train and motivate teams

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      • 3+ years of experience in the recruiting industry

      • Strong organization skills

      • Excellent relationship-building skills with proven ability to communicate with individuals within entry to executive level positions

      • Strong computer skills

      • Ability to handle and resolve problems efficiently and effectively

      • Ability to establish priorities and multitask
