Case Coordinator Manager

Job Description:

Our client is looking for a Case Coordinator Manager to join their team. The Case Coordinator Manager supports the Case Coordinators in the Risk Services and Human Resource Departments. The Case Coordinators will perform essential tasks that support case and incident investigation related to occupational and non-occupational health exposure. The Case Coordinators investigate and follow contract tracing related to COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2). This position will report to the Director of EHS Programs and work closely with HR Leaders, Risk Services Leaders, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Leaders.


  • Directs performance of day-to-day tracing activities, ensuring that the quality and timeliness of work is performed according to established guidelines.

  • Provides ongoing coaching, direction, supervision, and continuous assessment of the case investigation process.

  • Ensures compliance with policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security for the handling of sensitive Team Member information and protected health information.

  • Collaborate with key partners in EHS and HR, as well as Operational Leaders across the organization.

  • Coordinates orientation and training of new Contact Coordinators.

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

Desired Background/Skills:


    • Bilingual or Multi-lingual skills preferred (Spanish)

    • Prior experience managing a team (call center type of environment)

    • 3-5 years' experience in a customer service, auditing, investigations, legal, or claims management environment.

    • History of working in a PII or HIPAA controlled environment preferred

    • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    • Must possess an advanced understanding of the principles of case investigation and contact tracing.

    • Ability to adapt to changing environments.

    • Ability to use discretion, maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.

    • Ability to work effectively with all levels, establishing and maintaining collaborative professional relationships.

    • Strong attention to detail and organization

    • Ability to work from home in an area that is quiet, and information can be confidential

    • Position requires high speed internet access and ability to use soft phone (VOIP) based calling

    • Ability to work flexible hours and days.

    • Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, creative and thorough in business interactions.

    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a multitude of business partners, internally and externally.

    • Interpersonal skills and ability to follow decision-based workflows

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and knowledge of web-based document flow and/or case management tools

    • Strong IT skills a plus

    • Ability to keep health information private and manage PII information with care
