Job Description:

Our client, a local government agency in Wilmington, is searching for Vaccine Call Center Representative to schedule appointments. Hours are 8-5, Monday - Friday. $15/hr. This is an immediate start. Bilingual preferred.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer phones

  • Schedule Appointments in system

  • Provide information and answer questions accordingly

  • Perform administrative tasks as needed


Education Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent


Desired Background/Skills:


  • Administrative experience preferred

  • Customer service experience required


Qualifications:


  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Ability to prioritize work

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to follow directions


Other Information:


  • Candidates must pass pre-employment background and drug screening
